I just got Biometrics requested, how do I get PCC done before being requested? do you have any form/letter sample to follow?

My questions are:
- Can I do Medical and PCC in advance without IRCC request?
- Which forms/requesting letters should I follow to fill out Medical and PCC requests?
- Which email address should I sent out when I have Medical/PCC results?

Write a letter, attach as much proof as you can - passport submission receipt, online status screenshot if available, anywhere that shows a date when you submitted, or an email that has their processing timeline, all the things that can prove that you've tried to get the passport within the said date and its not possible. Submit that letter through the web form, in that select the option saying you want to add a document to your file and call this document a letter of explanation for passport renewal (or something that makes sense) ... and after a few days follow-up with a phone call to make sure they have your document and ask them how much longer they're giving you. May be they will respond to you will an extended timeline. All the best!

I did not pay for Biometric when applied online. What do you advise should I wait or pay now for the biometric and also start processing PCC in Nigeria? Because processing of the PCC might take more than 30 days. Let me know your thoughts.

- You can request Police Clearance Cert now if you want. However, police clearance cert's validity is only 6 months. I would wait until they request your PCC first if I were you. If you request it too early, PCC might get expired even before the immigration officer start looking into the file.
- I dont think you can do medical exam without the medical exam request document, since the document has the IME number on it. Immigration doctors will use this IME number to file the medical result.

Thank you for your advices. I think I will do PCC sometime in June, hopefully 6 months expiry still work.

That's good that you got the PP and sent it!

Biometrics is reqd till the age of 79, so if you mother is under that age then you may pay the fee upfront and send the receipt via the webform. They'll send you the biometric request form.

It's a good idea to apply for PCC upfront, mine said it'll take 6-8 weeks I'm waiting still. I dont think I'll make the 30day deadline, I'll send an explanation when i get there.

Final decision

I dont know what the final decision date means, did anyone get anything like this ?

Congratulations. I think this means now only the final decision is pending and they'll let you know when that is made. It is unclear what more they look at once the medicals are cleared and it is established that there is no criminal record. But you're ahead than most of us, so just sit back and relax .. there's no more work left for you

When did your parent(s) do their medical exam?
Was it done inside Canada?

I just want to ask if anyone here who submitted their application together with the passport bio page or photo page only? all pages of the passport is not included when submitted.

If so, is the CIC ask to resubmit the all pages of the passport? if anyone here who encountered it please share.
