That's good that you got the PP and sent it!

Biometrics is reqd till the age of 79, so if you mother is under that age then you may pay the fee upfront and send the receipt via the webform. They'll send you the biometric request form.

It's a good idea to apply for PCC upfront, mine said it'll take 6-8 weeks I'm waiting still. I dont think I'll make the 30day deadline, I'll send an explanation when i get there.

Hello Guys,

I just want to ask if anyone here who submitted their application together with the passport bio page or photo page only? all pages of the passport is not included when submitted.

If so, is the CIC ask to resubmit the all pages of the passport? if anyone here who encountered it please share.

We submitted just the first, last and stamped pages only.. Blank pages were not included ...They didnt ask for all pages of PP in the document request letter after submission .

I just got Biometrics requested, how do I get PCC done before being requested? do you have any form/letter sample to follow?

Final decision

I dont know what the final decision date means, did anyone get anything like this ?

Congratulations. I think this means now only the final decision is pending and they'll let you know when that is made. It is unclear what more they look at once the medicals are cleared and it is established that there is no criminal record. But you're ahead than most of us, so just sit back and relax .. there's no more work left for you

When did your parent(s) do their medical exam?
Was it done inside Canada?

Mine is a bit unique case so the data wont really be helpful to you or anyone most likely.
I applied in 2021, got refused on MNI grounds as i moved in 2018 and couldnt meet MNI for that year, appealed, got it overturned, reopened the file and here we are lol. Everything happened in Canada like medicals etc. But timeline wont really be helpful as everything went at snail's pace lol

Hi all, can you enlighten on this point. I have been asked resubmit my father's 'new' passport which I believe is because current passport expires in Nov 2024.
Problem is he is traveling somewhere in few days and will be back by mid-May. So before that he won't be able to renew his passport. Will the CIC provide extension for submitting new passport?

I have received an email asking few documents which includes form eimm5669 version (2022-04). The link in the email attachment from CIC is not working and showing error 404. Also if I download the form directly from CIC website, it is version (05-2021). Is anyone in similar boat? How should I proceed?

Also I see that in personal history, we have only 5 rows. How do we add additional sheet to include more information?

I have received requests for biometric, medical and PCC for my parents. Biometric and medical for both are done but we'll have PCC done in 15 days. On the IRCC portal, I see upload option for total 6 documents - 3 for my mom and 3 for dad. Not sure if I should upload biometric and medical and proceed to submit it without PCC? Would it let me upload PCC later? Or should I wait for getting PCC done and upload all the 6 documents together?

Can someone please guide how to log in to ECAS? It won't let me log in even though I now have AOR.
