Need advice - I received invite for my parents today.. I got divorced in 2021 and now for income cutoff. i could not able to qualify on my own for 2020 as during that time I was married and we both jointly qualified for income cut off. As now my EX will not be the part of application for sponsoring my parents .... what willbe my options to qualify for 2020 Income cutoff

You need to meet LICO for 2020, 2021 and 2022. If you don’t, you are not eligible.

Does it need to be Canadian Income only ? or as long as I filed for all 3 years , above the limit but US ones ?

Your NOA will state your income for the 3 years so if you filed in Canada and claimed worldwide income then should be good.

As others have said, the application will be refused since you don't meet 2020 income requirements. No point submitting the application unfortunately. You'll have to re-enter once the pool reopens in the future and wait for ITA again.

I don't think there is anything you can do .

You can count all the income you have earned throughout the world as long as it was in taxes for that year.

You do realize this is still a liberal party. Once it becomes conservative on next term, there might be no more parents sponsorship!

I totally realize that , when to conservative would be in power at least there would be no free bees coming into Canada , on which we are paying daily out of our pocket inform of taxes . While deserving people who have paid tons in taxes are waiting for their parents to be sponsored.
Correct me on this :$ 4000 per month for one year for a refugee, Free Education , free government housing. plus for kids where is this money coming from what you think ?

you mean one can present their foreign tax return documents also ? or it needs to be in Canadaian filing itself ??

You have to have Canadian filing . you are required to report the world income on Canadian taxes .
