Congrats, would you mind let us know the first two or three letters of your application number? I have not been selected but I assume it should be a link on the email and you should follow that and create a file and similar to applying for super visa, you have to fill in applications and providing required documents e.g. the last 3 years of income tax.

It seems most of the invitations come in morning time (9-12am EST), has anyone received outside this window? I refresh my mail pretty much all day just in hope it might come

Yeah mostly I have seen it is from 9:30 or 10am to 12 pm EST.

I know what it is. My answer still stands. This approach gives preference to those who qualified as sponsors earlier and who have been waiting longer to be selected in order to sponsor their parents.

My buddy applied for the first time in 2020 and he got lucky to be selected right away. I don’t think they are prioritizing those who are waiting for a long time. Few friends of mine, keep on submitting way before 2020 and still no luck. now another chance again.

It’s a big pile of list and they are choosing it who ever they want. eeny meeny miny moe.

24,200 invitation to be sent over 14 days (10 - 23 Oct 2024) so each day would have out-going of 1,729 emails. The assumed sending windows is 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM (EST) so there would be 576 emails/hour or almost 10 emails/minute

Previous years they finished earlier than two weeks. I would say they are probably done latest by this coming Monday or Tuesday
