I heard from 2020 batch its only 24,000 applications remaining so hope everyone gets the invitation from 2020.

I'm not sure who told you this, but this is wrong info. There are 132,213 applications in the current pool (based on calculation only)

Unless they are legally separated or divoiced, they are on one application. One parent would be the PA and the other dependent.
