Hi Guys .. quick question
For Outland candidates , how do they get COPR ? My wife's parents got their PR approved and visa is stamped but no COPR . When will we receive COPR and how ? I gthink they can't travel to Canada without COPR ?

HEY, same happened with me too. Were your wife's parents able to enter Canada without COPR?

November 2021 applicant here. Done with medical 2 times and submitted pcc 2 times. When IRCC asked medical exam for the 2nd time they didn’t asked medical for my son. Still silence from IRCC Vancouver office. It’s been more than 3 years now and it’s so frustrating. Anyone else in same boat? Applicants from pakistan.

When i called my MP in Montreal the lady i spoke with told me, with the drastic change in immigration quota she believe, Quebec quota for 2024 has been met.
whats crazy to me is, she refused to offer any help as I have not passed the 48 months processing time. i told her, processing time is unreliable and it changes everyday. According the. processing time at the time of application my application is being delayed by 1 year. She told me she cannot do anything and that i must wait.

same here. MP cannot do anything and what we can do is just to wait.

My parents' medical was expired and no updates since Oct 2023.

I don't think Quebec quota affects us, because the quota is for CSQs - which any of us who applied in 2021 already got.
My gcms notes shows that everything in the application is complete except for security, which has been pending since summer 2023.

Received my pre-arrival on Dec 2023 and done with my pcc and medical. So frustrating and no update for a year
No idea why they are not giving us the proper answer

I don't think Quebec quota affects us, because the quota is for CSQs - which any of us who applied in 2021 already got.
My gcms notes shows that everything in the application is complete except for security, which has been pending since summer 2023.

i will submit GCMS notes hopefully by next week and see what is holding up. IRCC representative have been telling me my security and background has been completed since Jan 2024. Thanks for your response!

I did a chat with mp and she said she checked on our application that everything is cleared ircc is just waiting on background check and criminality.
It’s been 3 years since we have submitted our application and twice did medical. And for second time they did not ask medical for my brother and upon asking mp that question she said the ircc extended his medical from 12 months validity to 24 months validity because he was in canada. I said he was never in canada then how the extended the medical validity. To which she answers yes ircc asked the agent for clarification. Isn’t strange? Anybody experienced this type of situation?

I asked the mp i will order gcms notes now to check the progress on my file she said gcms notes will have same information that i am giving you.
and im in alberta and my parents in Pakistan

Our visa office is Vancouver. And my parents and sister also did medical 2 times but they didn’t send medical for my brother second time and now she is telling me that medical is extended for him till nov 2024 which is very strange to me
