The reason i asked was if for eg you and your spouse had a baby in 2017 then you will only count 3 people for 2016 and 4 people for 2017,2018. From what i can recall, EI should be picked as income as its taxable. You have a solid reason to appeal from my opinion but you should definitely consult a professional. I am not sure if you will be able to add your husband to the existing appliction at this point to qualify.

The above info for family calc is not mentioned anywhere in CIC website hence it gets confusing. However, i have confirmed this with CIC agents over the phone on 2 diff occassions.

I strongly suggest ordering GCMS notes. What myself and a lot of other folks have noticed is, that there is movement in the file right after (in many cases the next day) after the GCMS notes are ordered. Dont lose hope, try this and see if it works. Please dont think of this as a formula to get the file moving. Its just worth a try.

I wouldn't think of it as a formula but anything helps. How does one order GGCMS notes?

Do you have any reference for the fact that COPR date is the dead line ? Because in the pass request letter they emphasized on the 12 months medical period validity.

Thanks for sharing, my application is at Ankara as well.
My response was based on my experience, during the landing process no one is asking for proof of medical results, they are only looking at your single-entry visa expiry date. That said, visa office normally uses the medical expiry date as the expiry date for the single-entry visa so I am guessing that's what they meant by the 12 month validity period.

Yes thay have asked be to provide the copy of original and there is a link to upload in MyCIC account

So you application was processed in Mississauga and was never transferred to Ankara, right?
Did you just send passports to Ankara to issue visas?

My application is being processed in Ankara and I guess they have not been working on any sponsorship applications in the past few months

They said to send below in the package with passport.
"The height and eye colour (for both eyes) for the Principal Applicant and all of his
accompanying dependants"

There are no instructions how to put these details. Has someone send these details and how did they do it?
Was it from a doctor or just write on a paper and put in package?

I have a similar case, my parents got a letter asking for proof of relationship. The way it is written is so complicated. I have been living in Canada from past 12 years, I do not have Aadhaar or voting card.. how can I provide that. Also, who gets class 5th certificate.. never seen in CBSE. The earliest academic cert we get is secondary. Can someone help ?

Send same old PCC by email and webform both. Indicate that you will send new PCC if needed.
