IRCC requested for medicals (2nd time) and this has been completed for my parents. I uploaded the completion of medicals both to Online accounts as well as sent an Email just to ensure they have received it.
Upload to online account was done on June 12th, 2021 and the status shows as "Your Action Required". Is this delay in updating the system on their end? Can anyone confirm please if this a common trend?

Haven’t got any further e mail and no update on my cic , for my just wait and see
I got my Medical and done on 8th June but no update on status

That's so bad. I check my ecas and mycic multiple times a day but nothing...

They will update for you. My mom's 2nd ME was done at the end of April and her results was finally updated on MyCIC last week in mid-June

My mom had done biometrics back in November but status shows they have not received it yet. It does shows her biometrics number and the dates it Wes done and getting expired
Also for her medical, was done on 6, June 2021 but it’s not updated yet and the status shows action required

it’s confusing. If anybody have any idea please!

This is a part of their email that I received:

- (IMM 5562) Supplementary Information – Your Travels- for yourself and your dependents

I believe it means that I need to submit IMM 5562 only. That is what IRCC call center also told me. Only IMM 5562 was listed not all of the application forms.

Did you send the requested documentation (1) over email, (2) submitted via online application, or (3) webform?

My concern is that my parents passport expired in Jun 2021 and they re-applied for new passport in india and just received the new ones. How do i let CIC know about the updated passports?

Send copies of new passports by webform to IRCC.

That "Your Action Required" is default in myCIC.

Apply 2019
ME Passed: 2019-AUG-30
AOPR Issue: 2019-Sept-17
ME & AOPR Expired: 2020-AUG-29

Unable to travel due to COVID till now , Now I am planning to apply again for her immigration AOPR to re-issue.
Question in have in my mind ,

1) How to start the process again, is there an email sent out to whom? or any form that needs to submit, along with what documents?
2) What is the response timing from immigration?
3) Is there any re-medical required ? or someone did receive any pre-medical examination for their parents.

If it is expired COPR and PR Visa, send webform request and if you know the email address of the local visa office, write email.

No. But im not sure if i am supposed to update CIC about this. there is nothing on the website about this.

If i go to update via webform, it asks me what VO is my application. I do not have this info. Hoping someone can help me. I applied in canada back in Jun 2019. I am from brampton and my parents are from india.

Are you sure that IRCC Webform asked VO? Search IRCC webform and use it.
