Did not receive a phone call for virtual landing.

All clients who receive a passport request letter from IRCC may now contact VFS at passportsubmission@vfshelpline.com to confirm their 2-way courier service. Please include your unique passport request letter with your submission for verification. If you have not received a passport request letter we request you to please be patient as volumes continue to be high.
Please note: Unsolicited passports will be returned without being processed.

In Canada. But they have asked to send passport to Ottawa. I am confused now, I though a virtual landing will be done and they have asked for passport.

For NDVO files PPR is issued. CPC-M only issue directly virtual landing. Now send the passports as per instructions with photos and email copy with prepaid expresspost to Ottawa without any further delay. It may take 2-3 weeks to get it back with COPR. All the best!

Hi Did you only sent the passport to Ottawa or a photograph also? And after receiving the passport back from Ottawa no need for landing ?

I was asked to send passports and 2 photos. After 14 days they returned passports and photos without COPR. Today I received COPR by email. They did not call me for virtual landing.
Seems every case is different, there is no typical standard procedure that applies to everyone.

Yes, primary applicant and dependents all have to submit passports together. But the time limit is 30 days for submission.

Last question , do we have to apply for PR card later or it comes itself after COPR??

Not very sure, it depends how IRCC is handling the case. If COPR comes and you send the signed copy to Etobicoke office after virtual landing, then you don't require to apply PR card. It comes automatically.

30 days time given by NDVO to submit passports either in India through vfs or CPC-Ottawa. I will never suggest to take a chance for extension during this period. If IRCC don't extend it will be a big issue. Lots of COPR extensions are on hold in India due to pandemic for last 8 months.

Just have to send the COPR letter + photos to get a pr card
