One question my parents came to canada on 14th Feb so can i submit the passports in Ottawa?

@robertp quick question : If application is "in process" as per ecas , does it mean all docs & forms are properly signed and filled ? or there is still a chance that something might be missing... ?

ones your Ecas status is :"App. received" that means all document / form are properly sign assign Permanent File # ( remove "X") and ready to process. CIC will "In process" only complete file.

I called them and I was told they did not send any request for PCC as of now.

I called CIC call centre and they checked with office in mississauga. I was told they did not send any PCC request as of now. In that case , what yuo would suggest me to do. Also i see in the tracker (approx1 out of 10 people) from CPC Mississauga have not got SA approval letter till now.

get PCC and submit via Web-Form if your VO is CPC-M. Generally most of all Applicant from CPC-M getting PCC request with SA letter.

no need to inform . just follow point 4 instruction as per PPR. ( please attached PPR )

I received an email from CIC asking for my birth certificate. There is an email address provided where I can send it to.

Should I add a cover letter with my birth certificate indicating file number / UCI etc., and should I also include a copy of their letter?

yes please.

Important: If you are the applicant or authorized representative, you must provide to CIC with :
Your application number;
Surname and Given name(s);
Date of birth (YYYY-MM-DD);
Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number or Passport number;

Just a couple of details for line 304:
Biometrics will be completed: Feb 20th
PCC request (along with travel/CV) rec'd: Feb 13th (I sent PCC's last year - submitted other required docs Feb 16th)
Mycic is showing "we are reviewing the results of your medical exam". I'm assuming that means we'll get the medical request today.

Hi. How can I contact cpc-mississauga? Like talking to an actual agent. The number on their website doesnt have the option to talk to an agent.
Has anybody here also tried to extend the 30-day period for medical exam. I wanted to extend my parents medical maybe for another month. I'm a little worried for them to travel at this time because of the coronavirus. They need to travel by plane to have the medical. Thank you.
