@robertp When do you start seeing updates in mycic account? I see "In Process" status in Ecas, however it's still "submitted" status in mycic.

Below is all what I can see in Ecas.. Whats the "In Process" date our of these? Nov 7?

1. We received your application for permanent residence on June 3, 2019.
2. We sent you a letter on November 7, 2019. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
3. We sent you medical instructions on November 25, 2019. To avoid delays, please provide us the information requested in the letter as soon as possible. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
4. Medical results have been received.

MyCIC ( for PR Application)
provides status for each step needed to process your application and is updated in real-time.
Bio request / bio details
IME request / IME result posted on myCIC for PA and dependent.

Ecas: ( for Sponsorship and PR application)
provides a general status and is updated ones a day.

do not check PR application Ecas staus. please check Sponsorship Application Ecas status to get "In process" date.

please check Ecas for SA and PR file status.
MyCIC will show in process until visa not issue.

You will get Bio as soon as DM made for your SA.

Did you check the ecas today? Your DM2 is coming.

What did it say before this “We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements”, I think we have had this for a while, but no DM2 yet

My CIC account under Current Status still shows "Your action is required " since the biometric request, but the biometric is already completed and updated on January 28, 2020. Is this Normal ? Please advise.

Before: your application is in Process. We will let you know when we start reviewing your eligibility

under myCIC are you able to see Bio details with expiry date? if yes then ignore that message.

Yes. I can see the Bio details with expiry date of Jan 2030. So I should ignore that message. Thank you.

On ecas profile it shows that CIC started working on my application on May 16 2019. I submitted via email to CPC-M all the docs asked like PCC, Travel History, Resume and Passport copy on Dec 24th. I called CIC to check about the status today and they told me that officer have received my additional documents on Jan 17th and there is no additional documents required.

Generally how long it takes to get the passport request? I am asking because my parents supervisa ends in March 2020 and they will have to travel back to India.
