Please can anyone provide some advice on this situation:
The doctor is clearly playing games and wants to make a profit. The doctor's office is being dishonest. It has been more than a week now and there is no update in my CIC account. It is clear that the doctor's office has not sent the medical report. They did not call my mom themselves and only when my mom contacted them they said come to see a chest specialist. So there is something very fishy the way they are conducting themselves.
My question is since the doctor's office is not sending the results, should I forward to IRCC the signed "MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY" that the doctor provided to my mom at the time of the medical exam?
The file is transferred to CPC-M. Should I send the MEDICAL REPORT CLIENT BIODATA AND SUMMARY via webform or should I send it to them by email that they provided in the SA?
You seem to know the process pretty well. The London VO asked for my parents "Original" Nikah Nama (marriage certificate)from Bangladesh. My parents got married in 1976 and have a copy of their English "Nikah Nama" from 1976. It is almost impossible to get another copy of this document because they do not even live in Bangladesh anymore.
Has anyone else had issue getting original marriage certificates for parents ? What did they do?
Any help would be appreciated because I am a little stressed.
I think the visa office wants to see the Scan copy of Original Nikah Namah Which is generally in Bengali issued by the Kazi. I think you have the original of the marriage certificate (Nikah Nama). For some unknown reason the visa office doesn't accept these marriage certificates. at least it happens to me during my spousal sponsorship application in 2015; i have submitted the original of marriage certificate which wasn't accepted by the visa officer and requested to submit the Scan copy of original Nikah Nama (In Bengali). Also you can get it by contacting a Kazi in Bangladesh. please provide a photocopy of marriage certificate to the kazi so that he can re-produce the Nikah Nama. Kazi's are aware of this kind of immigration issues.

after medical might dr. need to do few additional test. I understand your issue but at this point I advise you to do additional test as what clinic mention to you.
arguing / complain to CIC or Clinic might delay your process.
in my case clinic submit report after 2 week. Administration staff normally submitting result to CIC after Dr. approval.
Might in your case administrator staff did not contact you as per Dr. advise and ones you call clinic inform you about additional test. many applicant reported that Dr. ask few extra test like (Echo,...) depend on CIC & Dr guide line.
again up to you to decide. To do few test is not big issue. I mainly focus on processing go smooth without any issue. You don’t have medical report that CIC looking for. Make sure clinic send report to CIC.
My file status is "IN PROCESS" since Oct 25 last year. I haven't heard anything after that. Can someone please advise what would be the reason that is taking them so long to approve sponsor as "Decision Made". I have submitted all the documents they requested immediately.

Did you call CIC to enquire about what is happening. Few people were stuck in process due to miscommunications from Social Assistance. Check the thread Resolving Social Assistance Issues:
CIC just asked me to provide IMM5562: Supplementary Information Your Travels form.
My parents are US green card holders and travel between India and the USA. The form states, “List all trips you, and if applicable, your family members have taken outside your country of origin or of residence in the last ten years (or since your 18th birthday if this was less than ten years ago).”
As my parents live in India (country of origin) and the USA (country of residence); do I have to include the travels between these two countries?
