Hi Seniors,

How to get property valuation certificate in India for parents while moving to Canada as landed immigrants to pay tax in Canada on capital gain or loss when they will actually sell their property later on?

PA received a letter indicating that file has been transferred to London VO for further processing on Nov 22. Letter also indicates that they complete processing of application within a year (It stated for us it would be May 17 2020.).

Biometric has been submitted and myCIC indicates that it has been completed.

Hoping medicals come ASAP.

Weird, my case got transferred to London 5 week ago, no correspondence since. ECAS for PA application received.

You have to get it from a govt registered valuer available in all cities.

Weird, my case got transferred to London 5 week ago, no correspondence since. ECAS for PA application received.

Mine got transferred on October 1st and they sent me an email with AOR and ecas for PA shows application received and inside status it has 2 lines first from CIC and 2nd says we sent you AOR on October 1st
