I sent my addl docs on 02 Oct and there has been no update so far.

On ecas, it is showing ‘decision made’ from 31st Oct for PA but mycic still showing ‘action required’ that was corresponding to request to submit PCC and travel form that I already submitted on Oct 15. Is it normal?

Yes, that is normal. It is same for everyone who got PPR emails after their PA status gets updated to "Decision Made".
Don't worry you should receive your PPR in a day or two. You are up next in line.

I have submitted pcc and travel info for my mom and I am waiting for the PA DM. Today when I logged into mycic it showed application/profile updated. However, when I went inside there was no update.

Seems like a ghost update.

did other members in the forum observed the same?

And any data on how long will it take to DM from ghost update?

Yes it is the ghost update. You should see DM for PA on ecas tomorrow. You submitted documents on oct 21st?

Please update. Finally got AOR via mail. Dated October 23. Super weird.
So they sent me a request to submit additional docs via email. Activated Ecas and then they send me AOR via regular mail.
On another note, give those CIc agents the benefit of the doubt. I called IRCC today and they said that no correspondence had been sent to me. He didn’t see the AOR sent by mail. An hour later I picked it up from the post office.
