I know your file was being processed at CPC-M. Are your Parents currently living with you in Canada? or they are abroad ?
In you PPR email did CIC asked you to submit you parents passport to Ottawa (Only) or both Ottawa & your back home both ?

I have just received the biometrics request for my parents (on MyCIC). Please update line #412. My ECAS still show as "application received" on both sides. By the way, my app received date is May 30, not 31. Thanks so much!

As a side question, does anyone know how long it usually takes to get the medical exam request after receiving the biometrics? My parents live over 200 km away from the nearest town that does both things and travelling there twice would be a bit complicated. Thanks for your inputs!

Received request letter for sponsor birth certificate today but its already included in the original Application package sent in April. Any same experience?

Received police clearance request but they did not mention the post box number where to send. so for New Delhi where i should send the PCC once i get it done.
one more question how to enter in timeline and update the tracker?

I have a question. Can you guys provide some clarification. I am planning to sponsor my parents but I checked that there are minimum income requirements. I lost my job in early 2018 and started a new job in late 2018. As a result, my income is short for year 2018. I meet the income requirement for 2017 and 2019. Can I still sponsor my parents? If not, is there a way around that? Any responses would be highly appreciated. Thank you.

No you can't as per the rules. You have to meet required income for 3 years

Was it in English? Did all the names matched with the birth certificate?

its in english but mother’s name (Primary applicant) listed only first name and middle name (which in our country middle name is the last name before marriage). I don't have baptismal and my school permanent record only my father’s name is listed. What else i can provide?
