Hi @robertp ! In general, don't they request Biometrics before assigning the Local Visa Office? I find it curious that they only asked for my Biometrics Fee now when my Decision Made was on August 22... most people would have already been requested to do the Biometrics by now, wouldn't they? I paid my Biometrics fee long ago together with the Sponsorship fee. Thanks!

we notice that HK and Mexico start requesting Bio after PR file transfer to Local VO if required.

Quick question guys
Ecas status for sponsorship changed to decision made on October 5th but no SA letter so far.
On October 14, PA status changed from in process to application received.
is there anything should I worry about not getting SA letter?
and change of status for PA means my Sponsorship is approved/

Hi group, please advise how to fill webform when communicating with ircc. They ask detail of applicant and enquirer. I am sponsor and I want to update birth of new member will I fill my detail in applicant or my father (principal applicant) detail in applicant and whose name and etc should be filled in enquirer blanks. I have contacted them with copy of temporary health card but they have asked to submit birth certificate and explanation letter. Birth certificate takes two week. What should I do ? My status on ecas is just received as of today. Tnx ..have I contacted them too early

Hi , @robertp Got An email requesting a hand-signed IMM 5669 and father's death certificate.

Since a hand-signed IMM 5669 is required, do we have to send them by mail or by scanned copy via email is fine?

May I ask how much time they provide to send the passport
And can we submit passport to any visa office or only to the office we’re your application is processed ??

30 days from receipt of letter in email.
They gave option to send any vfs office in India(country of residence for PA) or Ottawa if parents are in Canada and will be here for next 3 months.

I submitted application for my mother on 18-06-2019. I checked the signature and its SCI Martin. After that I have not get application number or have not got anything back from IRCC.
I was trying to track my application status online but it does not search for application.

Can anyone help please ? how to get more updates on application.

There is no divorce in the Philippines. They have not had contact for 20 years. According to the instructions, if they are not living together or share anything, they are legally separated. But even so, do we still need to list him on that form?

"Original Police Certificate for Brazil

Please provide the following original police certificate for you.

Does it mean we have to send the document through regular mail (as opposed to e-mail)?

They provided both Mexico LVO email and mail address.

June 14-15th ecas is activating now. You have to wait a week or so to check ecas.
