I submitted my parent's application on 22 June 2019, And I am still waiting for AOR (Acknowledgment Of Received) from CIC.

Is there anyone else waiting for AOR?

I have have received Application received today for my parents on June 5th.

So whats the next step, would the file go IN Process ?? and then Decision Made ??
Like how many approx. days/weeks does that take ?

Newbie to the site, didnt find a sticky post in the beginning so posting for some quick direction..thx in advance for your help

I mailed my parents application on June 16 and it probably reached Ottawa that week (lost my tracking number)

I havent received any acknowledgement letter yet so how can i link the application to track it (unable to retrieve with applicant (my father) info )?

Check PGP tracker spreadsheet. I think CIC is still working on beginning of June applications. Your might receive your acknowledgement towards end of October.

Hi,
You can follow the tracker spreadsheet. Next step will be that your file will go IN Process and they will evaluate you as Sponsor. Once you as sponsor is approved, you will see Decision Made on Sponsor side. Then your parents will get Bio, Medical and PCC requests. Once these conditions are met and approved then there will be final request for passport stamping.

Hi All

I am trying hard to link my application but I couldn’t. Please advise, is it good idea to call CIC and try to application number / parents UCI.If yes on what number can I call with extension. I didn’t receive AOR yet.

When linking your parents, are you selecting UK as citizenship? If you are and not having any luck, try England

Do we need to attach all document in one pdf file <5mb? I thought all of these are separate attachments totalling<5mb each.

Oh, they can be separate pdf files, but the total size of all email attachments has to be under 5mb. At least that's how I read the instructions. I didn't get any bounce back. All attachments together were 4.9MB's in my case.

You can try each attachment less than 5mb and test.

I checked my application status and I found the below, but the problem is that I did not receive any email or correspondence letter on September 18, 2019. Is it possible that I see this because they started to work on my Sponsor file to approve the sponsor ? Note that I am living in Quebec, and I did not receive any instructions yet to submit the KIT B. If someone knows or is in similar situation, it will be highly appreciated to share your knowledge.

I had the same issue. It said we sent you correspondence on July 16th and I didn't get anything in email or mycIC. I called CIC too and they said there is no document request and probably it was some internal correspondence. Anyways finally Aug 22nd I got biometric request and Aug 27th I got medical request all in myCIc account. Keep checking your myCIC and email for real document requests.
