Actually I never got any sponsorship approval letter. I thought they will send all updates online.

CIC send email 3-5 days after you ecas updated to DM. Check your junk / Spam inbox . Your DM is on Sept 9.

As you mention on previous post that your PR file ecas status reverts back to Appl received means your PR file not process at CPC-M and going to London.

May I ask why you're getting a refund for biometrics? Did you get exempted?

Exempted according to application guide, never receive such a request, fee should be refunded as collection never take place. I waited till PR card arrived as I don't want to complicate things to slow down the process. It's not going to be a huge deal if they don't refund. I still think I'd rather pay the money and avoid the hassle to collect biometrics, especially for domestic applicant, we need to go to the U.S..

Jul 31 if my memory serves, the same day I received PPR, I believe it's on the tracker, search my previous post for a full timeline if you are interested.
