Can you update line 236. ECAS is showing application received and Linked application to MyCIC.

They are still working on May 3rd week.
My app rcvd on 21 June.
We would only be able to see anything on ECAS by 2nd to 3rd week of Sept.

When did you sent it out? I used Canada Post Express. Though Canada Post it said received by June 12th. But never received any emails/mails from CIC to confirm. ECAS is not working for either sponsor's UCI or PA's UCI

Thank you so much for your Expart opinion. Can you please explain the word Negligence, I may learn something from your Wisdom.
I did not want to to submit the Use of representative Form because my parents are capable of representing themselves. All i was asking about the letter that they have sent to me( as per the ECAS) not to my parents. I think i do have right to ask the CIC about it since they have sent it to me. For your information they are currently working on the sponsorship application not the PR application.

Without the rep form they will not disclose it. The applicant is your parent and to disclose anything regarding the app they need authorization from the applicant. You are a sponsor, not a rep yet.

your parents can contact them directly to get the info you're looking for.

Based on previous posts you were 10K short and seem to have created 10K of income from 2016 that you did not earn. You should be refused because you never qualified in the first place.

Hi everyone, I'm new here. It's an amazing forum. I just have a couple of questions.
First, my parents are still married but my dad doesn't want to come to Canada at all. He's a physician in my home country and makes very good salary. He has no intention to come here until 2026 (after he retired). But my mom likes Canada very much and she's been staying here for almost four years (legal visitor visa and extension). My salary doesn't meet sponsor family size 3 (parents+myself) anyway. So I only sponsored my mom this year. I attached my dad's employment letter (until 2026) as an explanation. Anyone knows this will be rejected or I need some luck? Anyone who has the same experience got approved?
Second is my mom's passport is gonna expired in a year. Should I update it now and give the new passport information to CIC or I should wait to see if we can get PPR in 6 months? My file had been delievered at Jun 12, 2019. I haven't heard any news from CIC so far.

It will be refused. You have to qualify for with income for all dependent of the PA, regardless if they are coming now or not.

Pls update #153 just now I received email for eligibility as a sponsor. My parents application will be in CPC-Missisauga. Parents are in Alberta.
