When was medical done?

It was done on July 25th, but there was a little variation in serum creatinine, so doctor gave us a call and informed and we requested to re-do it before he submits reports. Test was re-done on July 30th and clinic submitted it on August 6th.

Looking for some help here, I submitted my forms way back in May. Got an email couple weeks go to resubmit IMM 5669 with hand signature - completed that right away. Should I have received any kind of acknowledgement from IRCC? Unable to track my application status online still.

you have incomplete file it will go at the end of the line , now your may submission is no significance but it depends upon the VO wait for 3-4 weeks

I got DM on August 1 but never got bio request. Does this mean my parents don't need bio? They've been here since 2011

I just got an email that my application is incomplete. Below is the reason.
IMM 5669 (for Dependent): The Schedule A (IMM 5669) is missing a handwritten signature. Although the current form states that an electronic signature is acceptable, due to legislation changes as of May 22nd, 2018, a handwritten signature is required for this form. I have to submit this for my both parents with in 30 calendar days.

My dad got biometrics request. When I was checking Ecas it said In process. Now its changed to application recieved.
Does anyone know why this is?
When I login with my information its says Sponsorship decision made, Application started processing on July 23.
Then it says application recieved on my dad'd info. It was in process 2 days ago.
I have tried to update his address, it hasn't updated either. He is in Canada now. Is that why?. Is that means my application is not in process /
Just anxious now.

No Bio needed if DM comes before Bio request letter. Did you receive a refund yet? Wait for a week for the SA letter.

its known cic portal glitch. 2 user (@UPPI and @ash876 ) have same issue . wait 2-3 days and Ecas will back to In process.
