We started processing your application on July 25, 2019.
We sent you correspondence on July 27, 2019. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
You seem to know the process pretty well. Can you tell me:
1. If the AOR is received by the sponsor or the principal applicant? Is it via email/ via post?
2. Is the SA received by the sponsor or the principal applicant? via email/ via post?
3. Is the request for additional documentation sent to the principal applicant or the sponsor? Is it via email/ post?
I am a May 17th applicant but I am worried that if they mail the AOR via post to my parents, they may not receive it.
1. If Sponsor is not representing the Applicant, email will go to PA.
2. SA email will come to sponsor
3. Depends of what type of document. If only related to PA, will go to PA
There is no problem to keep the same email address for both and many did that in this forum.
IRRC process says if you provide an e-mail address, all communication should come via e-mail. Few people mentioned they are seeing mail communication. I don't know if they have any issue with bounced e-mail or not.
We had submitted "Use of Representative Form 5476" along with our package. After that I got two emails 1- Invitation to apply and 2- AOR.
My Dad has created his GCkey account and linked the application as he is quite competent to handle it.
1-My question is for future communications/ documents submissions, who should do it, me as an authorised rep or he as PA thru his GC account?
2- My parents are coming here in the first week of Aug. Who should notify IRCC about the address change? Him thru webform or me thru e-mail?
Our docs were delivered to Ottawa on 10 May and e-cas status is "Recived".
@sbakhour Actually, when you re-submit forms, you send them via email and the letter specifically says, "this email address will NOT be monitored for follow-up inquires". If you want to follow up with them, you need to call the Client Support Centre on the 1-888 number.
Same here. No AOR, No ecas, clueless! I called IRCC and have confirmed that they received it last week but there's nothing else she can tell me more about my application.
Good day. I am sponsoring my parents and created an account under CIC to link the application. However, I can’t find an option for parents sponsorship. I am trying to find any instructions here in the forum but can’t seem to find one, Maybe I’m doing something wrong. I sent the application last May 16. I’m trying to check it on ECAS also but the only information I have is the receipt of payment which has an information of one letter and 9 numbers. I tried to select the option of receiptIMM5401, but still nothing shows up. Can someone enlighten me. Maybe I’m doing something wrong. Thank you.
I am 10th May and still "application received". Let's hope it changes this week. My parents are arriving here on 9th Aug. Wish they get bio-requests in-time to give in India.

Yes, you have around two weeks from today.
Hope you get a DM this week so you can complete the bio-request before they arrive here else it will be nightmare to get the biometrics done.
You can always do the Medical and PCC from Canada so no issues there.
