I think it's no problem. Anyways, to be safe, write a letter of explanation saying using last name is not common in your culture/region and so most of the documents do not have their last name. Although the passport does and ask them to contact you if needed.
I just noticed that in the footer of every page of IMM 0008 and IMM 1344 there's a randomly generated number. These numbers change whenever either form is validated even if nothing in the form changed.
Current situation is that I emailed my parents the completed forms. They printed the pages that require their signatures, signed & dated these pages as required, and couriered the pages back to Canada.
When I print the remaining pages of these forms the randomly generated numbers are different than the ones on the corresponding pages my parents signed.
I have translated birth certificate, on the footer of the translated document there is the name of the transaltor his syndicate number, his contact information and a stamp.
Do i need also to attach an affidavit ?
Is affidavit a new thing ? because i did my PR application without providing it, no issues
Hello,
I checked the ecas to find out if there is an update. This is what it says:
Sponsorship Application Status
We received your application to sponsor ...... on May 10, 2019.
Dependents listed on the application are: ......
Permanent Residence Application Status Permanent Residence
We received ..........'s application for permanent residence on May 10, 2019.
What does this mean?
I'm sponsoring my parents, for the sponsorship application it shows my dads name but for the permanent residence its only my mom's name.
Guys... has anyone submitted a letter explaining the family size difference in the application vs in the interest form? I believe in the interest form you only had to put the number of people you are sponsoring which is different than how CIC suggested way of calculating family size.
Any advice on the letter and what have you guys written if this is applicable to you.
Right in that case just apply with your parents currently valid passport.
Then once u get AOR, apply for Passport renewal (in india).
Update Ircc via web form.
I hope that helps
True, passport validity is not a matter during the application since in the form imm0008enu there is an option to choose whether you have a valid passport or not. But before your PR is granted you will be required to submit the passport and at that time you need to have at least 6 months validity.
