Dear XXXXXX,
Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) is pleased to invite you to submit a complete application to sponsor your parents and grandparents as part of the 2019 Parents and Grandparents Program. You have 60 days from the date of this email to submit your complete application.

If you receive an invitation, we must receive your complete application on or before June 28, 2019.

I received invitation too. My friend - not. Propbably it takes time to send them out.

My mom signed the forms on March 15. Do you think it's an issue if I also sign these forms tomorrow and send out, or I better request my mom to sign again with new dates?

I'm going to post this for people who don't get an invitation right away.. Don't panic and YAY!

On April 24, 2019, we started inviting potential sponsors to submit a complete application. It will take a few days to send all potential sponsors their invitations.

To make sure you don’t miss our email:

• Check the same email account you used on the interest to sponsor form.
• Check the junk mail folder to see if the email from us is there.

In the afternoon of April 24, 2019, you’ll be able to find the status of your invitation on this page. You’ll need your confirmation number to find your invitation status. If you lost your confirmation number, you can use our online form starting April 25, 2019.
