@YULIA-2016 I asked the same question to tweeter "I am just wondering should family size counted by years? and should the person deceased in 2018 included in 2016 and 2017 family size and not in 2018 family size? what about decreasing family size, there is no any example. Thank you!" and I got this reply "Hi. Please include the deceased family members in family size for any year that they were alive." It is strange for me too, but...
My mother's marriage certificate is old, from 2015 and it also does not have any ministry stamps from its origin country, in this case Spain (foreign relations, justice, etc). We might not have enough time to get a recent one and get them stamped by all local authorities. What do you guys think?

Please see the links Tab (and across down tot the bottom) in the tracker or refer post 7747 pg 517 for the process followed by CIC from application receipt to AoR / ECAS
When checking ECAS, if we use the primary applicant's UCI, we need to enter applicant's DOB +place of birth, right? If we use sponsor's UCI, then we need to enter the sponsor's DOB+place of birth?
Can anyone confirm? Thx
For the form IMM 0008DEP, I am sponsoring my mother who is a single mom (divorced) and I dont have any siblings, what do I put in that form? Can I just leave it blank?
Also, do I need to put my father's info anywhere it is asked, even if I am not sponsoring him?
