This thing is more complicated than it is because after 30 days they will not have health coverage (for most provinces) as there is a 90 days waiting. You will probably have to pay for this surveillance till they get the coverage.

Surveillance, medication, and follow up for TB is free, even for non-residents.

I have received PPR today and I have a question about the Annex A form which I have to fill and submit in the envelope. There is a spot for signature I am wondering if only the Principal applicant has to sign or the dependant also has to sign in there.

August 22, 2019 & August 28, 2019>> did you get PCC via Email?

On August 22 I got "Payment of Biometric Fees" request and informed IRCC that the fees have been paid.
On August 28 I got the "Biometrics Collection Letter" and did the biometrics.
Never received a PCC request.

Wow this is strange, I have the Annex A and they have the Applicant name, UCI and Application number on it. I just have to put the address on it.
I am also told not to put the address on the return envelope I guess this would do instead.

How many dependants do you have in your application?

Interesting, check the 4 pg PPR that I received, with just the PA's UCI and Application ID no. No Annex A as well. the letter does indicate that all dependent's included on the application also have to submit.

I can confirm that both the PP's were successfully submitted with this at NDVO through VFS. The PA (my Father) has one dependent (my Mother). LVO was CPC-M
