I know your file was being processed at CPC-M. Are your Parents currently living with you in Canada? or they are abroad (Back Home) ?
In you PPR email did CIC asked you to submit you parents passport to Ottawa (Only) or both Ottawa & your back home both ?

This is what they have mentioned in email, I checked the form several times and found no mistake except that they have issued new version on 08-2019

I think they mean the NEW form filled out completely and correctly. Otherwise, I don't think they would have contacted you.

I am one of the parents. The PPR came to the PA email and not as a message in My CIC.

Parents living in GJ, IND. Passports are to be submitted to VFS! There is an option to submit them to Ottawa if parents are in Canada!

In Canada so only Canadian option

Parents living in GJ, IND. Passports are to be submitted to VFS! There is an option to submit them to Ottawa if parents are in Canada!

Excellent ! I am on the same boat as you (@rx_tech) are but my mom is scheduled to travel back to home country (GJ - INDIA) on Nov 16, 2019 so I am afraid we would on the verge to submit the PP with 30 days deadline.

I know I would be the first person on this forum praying to postpone my PPR email by 5-10 more days late. ;-)

i was on long vacation and i may have missed emails from CIC.
was asked to pay for biometrics fee, paid on Oct 09 (deadline was Oct 19), then no update since.

Appreciate that but i'm almost certain the UK doesn't need a visa to visit canada so therefore you only need to submit copies of your passports. I just want to confirm from another person from the UK

My parents are back home, they need to send 2 photos and original passport to local VFS in their city, then it will be forwarded to High Commission of Canada in Singapore.

Yep just a copy of the photo page with 2 photos for each applicant and a return envelope.
