Thanks for your reply. In the letter it is written your application has been accepted under the intake cap 2019 Doe this mean approval or it would be another letter?

Had a question about PCC, let me know what you think.
My mom is currently in the US (Minneapolis) visiting ,my brother (she has a green card). We had got her PCC done before she left India in April but that will expire in Oct. In case it does expire before IRCC asks for it, we were thinking she would have to go back to India and get a fresh one.
However, an option that she comes to visit us here, and get the PCC here. But wWill it look odd that she just comes for a short visit (say a week/ 10 days) to get PCC here (she wants to maximise her time in the US for purposes of US residency)? Thoughts?

Yup. It specifically said "will be forwarded to Manila for further processing". They're all in PH and I'm representative, but file still went to Manila. I don't know if that's an advantage or not.
They aren’t set for life. You still need to be able to provide quite a lot of financial support especially as they age. You may discover that families end up covering quite a lot of expenses.
