I received invitation on March 25 3018
Send completed file 9 may 2018
Cic received on may 16 2018

But I haven’t received AOR yet so I m worried little beat
Pls some can tell me is this normal?

Normal. It looks like those whose applications were received in the second part of May are just starting to receive Acceptance of Receipt (AOR) letters.

Bacs 2 weeks ago when I called they don’t give any reply but said if u don’t receive anything in mail then not to worry ..just wait and watch..
But most of you guys receive AOR and I panic so ....

Hi Everyone, I was just wondering if and when my parents get IME request, can they do it in another country where they're travelling? Not where they're a citizen nor Canada. They plan to travel to China for a few months but they're not Chinese Citizens. Thanks

I am pretty sure (IMHO) that it's OK to do a medical in any country, as long as the panel is affiliated with the Immigration Canada.

If you did not "win" the lottery yet, then you need to wait until the new process will be officially announced by Immigration Canada. It will probably start in 2019, but they will announce the rules before that.

Here is an update for my PIL's application:
Date passports delivered at Ottawa: Aug 22
Date passports received back in Toronto with visa: Aug 31
Date landed: Sept 01
Ecas status for sponsor: Decision Made
Ecas status for applicant: Complete ( line added: xxx entered Canada at Lansdowne POE on September 1, 2018 and became a Permanent Resident.)

With this, I must say that we are amazed at the pace of processing.. good luck everyone else and I hope you'll receive PR soon..

If you talking about Line item 14, then that is your employment history. I did not include my parents in the last column.
Note that family size could change over time, hence the last column.
