How do you know that your parents passed medical exam?
My parents doctor sent me an email of a paper with IME number and list of exams as “completed” and non EDE.
Can anyone help ?
In the spreadsheet some of applicants identified as IME passed ! How do you know it ?

yes - this request comes up after medical passed and background check... In other words this is the second last step of your application

To be honest no one knows - it all depends what is home country and what officer looking to have info on your background.. so not sure it takes one year or half year or even more than a year

Did ME on July 24th, Ecas just updated to Medical passed. Thanks!

got pre-arrival letter Aug 30th, what does this mean? But I haven't got PPR yet...

Is there any process on second round of invitation for 2018 has started? My application was received on 14th August and haven't heard anything as of now.

My appl was received on 8/6 and heard back from them on 8/28, so looks like they atleast look into the application within 22 calendar days, assuming our case is similar and ignoring other factors, hopefully you should hear by 9/7 .. good luck!

I called at CIC and they confirm about the application package is received but they did not give any temp ID for applications. How some ppl got temp id for the application? Can someone please explain?

Well I got the ID because they responded back (pdf letter, in email) on 8/28 asking for additional info and that letter had ID on the top. So unless you made a mistake, you'll have to wait for few extra days to get ID..LOL ... dont worry they are fast, you should get it soon..

Same as you, I've only received the medical request a few days ago and no PCC. If you look at 2017 intake SS, quite a few people received medical and police requests separately. So, I guess, it's normal.

I received IME request (just forms through the on-line account) and next day I got a letter asking for the medical tests and PCC (visa office - Ottawa)

My parents got the medical request first.After 2 days they requested for PCC also.So be patient.You will see it on your mycic account after 2 days.Best of luck.

Normally they do background check when you sùbmit your PCC and medical.
