it is very simple I think... if they require "signature" then you must be fill out by hand and sign then scan and uploaded... means how can you sign on computer??? signature must be via hand
while filling your form online... you have to have all things twice especially those who creating confusion... you have to have sign form scan and uploaded and you also have to fill it on computer too... jo bhi maang rahey hain detey jain ... documents km nahi huni chahye ziada he hun to kher hai....
If you are applying online, then you don,t need to sign the application form by hand, just fill up the form on computer and upload. No need to write names in Urdu in online application

I know about the application form. I just want to make sure that the same goes for Custodianship Declaration form as well.
Is it ok if it is not signed by the custodian and the notary public ? =/
Hello Everyone
Is it okay to print Custodianship declaration form, fill and sign it by hand, then scan it and upload?
Or is it necessary to fill it on a computer for online study permit application?
And do I have to write the names in my native language as well on Family Information form? My native language is Urdu.
Please reply asap
As far as i know you have completed Custodianship Declaration (IMM 5646) form then print it , sign it and notarized it with notary public . as far as writing names is concern i will suggest you write in English .
