Hello Everyone
Is it okay to print Custodianship declaration form, fill and sign it by hand, then scan it and upload?
Or is it necessary to fill it on a computer for online study permit application?
And do I have to write the names in my native language as well on Family Information form? My native language is Urdu.
Please reply asap

The form says to write names in both english and in native languages. :|
So I just wanted to know whether it is necessary to write in both languages or the names in English are enough.

well if they ask for writing in both languages then it must be obligatory..... although in my condition (paper based) they asked that every document should be in english OR French.... my birth certificate is in arabic so i firstly converted it to english then submit it to VISA office.... same as family form ...I translated first to english then submitted...
it is I think no problem for you if you mention name in both languages
