Can't we send university transcript, degree, matric and inter marksheets and certificates and WES form directly after getting attested by HEC?
What do we have to send in envelope after getting docs attested by HEC?

No you dont need to. Fill out your application of their website and take a printout to be sent with ur docs.

No its not mandatory. WES only require attested copy in sealed envelop of relevant boards.

its optional, if you can get it filled and stamped, then good...
otherwise just send tthe attested copies in sealed board envelope.
i have sent my docs without wes form.

CES do not require inter certificates and transcripts.

they need verified copies from universities sent directly to them in envelope

Dear - IBCC attestation is mandatory for matric and inter. Attestation from boards only are not accepted outside Pak. Its same like HEC. Rest if you dont want to thats ur own decision. Regards

Dear sherdills, why you are insisting for IBCC attestation, whereas secondary and higher secondary doc procedure mentioned on WES website is given below;

To be sent directly to WES by the Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education. Documents must be verified by the Controller of Examinations.

Attestations from persons outside the Controller of Examination and Registrar's Offices, such as individual professors or external notary publics, will not be accepted.

HEC is the only authority that officially attest and seals the documents with NO charges but for this you have to told them at the time when you deliver your Degrees and transcripts for attestation.
Hello All,

I am from Pakistan but currently living in Saudi Arabia.
I need to send my HEC attested degrees and transcript to WES in HEC sealed envelop. I already have my degrees attested from HEC now I am unable to figure out what to do for getting my degrees sealed in HEC envelop.
Can I put it myself in the plain envelop, sign across the seal and send it to WES, as degrees and transcripts are already verified by HEC?

Anybody from Pakistan could help.

Dear - The relevant boards will not give u attested photo copy of the original docs. They"ll only put their verification stamps on the original documents and will refer to IBCC to get the attested photo copies. I heard IBCC offices are now with majoriy of the boards.
