This is my timeline:

1. We received your application for permanent residence on October 16, 2023.
2. We started processing your application on October 27, 2023.
3. We sent you correspondence on January 9, 2024. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. i am on this boat from August 2021 and still waiting dont know when this journey will end. You cant compare with any other application every applicant is different.

My husband eCOPR is the same, we called IRCC and they say that's normal.
