My application has been over 50 months. It was received in March 2021 and up till now, I haven't been sent for medicals. I did an upfront medical which expired last year. Principal applicant got PR since 2022 and here we are still waiting. Sent several mails and webform but not one was responded to, even requested for gcms notes, still no reply. At this point I don't even know what to think or do my patience has been over tested that I'm just taking each day as it comes

My application was received 2020 not 2021. I've not seen my husband since 8 years. It's hard and not funny but I'm not sure they understand what it means but it is well

So sorry for the delay you’re experiencing. However, your application has not exceeded 50 months like you stated. It’s in the 38th month unless you got the application date you stated wrong.
We’re in similar situation. My application was received April 2021 and my spouse is still waiting for Accra. The difference is that he did medical this April.

It’s unfortunate. You have every right to disturb them with enquiries since it has passed processing time. Your husband should also follow up from inside Canada by getting in touch with the office of his MP. They can be of immense help given that the application has passed processing time.
