If you submitted your dependents' applications concurrently with the main application, especially after December 4, 2019, and IRCC has already started treating your dependent applications or requested for their applications, kindly keep us updated on the process and timeline.

Its hard to say since VO have different processing times considering the COVID, so i’d say you wont hear from them for 4-5 months, and for visa to be stamped will aprox take 8-12 months

Hello friends, I have a question about applying for overseas spouse for protected person. Now a days, protected persons can include their spouse with their PR application. But I want to know that while filling up overseas spouse form, in which program I include my spouse? For me, I am in the Refugee program with protected person in Canada. But in which program I include my spouse? "Refugee or Family"

1. Pilot program is not general for all applicants, only some applicants from particular countries could be selected to this conurrent program.
2. You should add your dependents under FAMILY program in PR forms.

Does your family live in Poland? My family lives in Poland and although I received eligibility passed myself, I have not been asked to send their application yet. I am June 2019 applicant. Thanks.

Estimation period depends on visa office . The steps are:
1. VO asking for additional documents if needed
2.Asking for medical examination
3.Processing security and criminality check
4.Verifying your eligibility(ginuiness of your relation)
5.Passeport request
