I believe after AIP, but a lot of us received it after DM, so it varies, and you shouldnt send it unless IRCC instructed you to do so

Did you also send by paper? I am wondering if there is anyone who send their file online to LVO and if they are faster with processing those applications.

I sent my file online on Feb 25, they acknowledged receipt and no news since then. I have connected with my MP here in Canada hope something positive comes out.
