Trying to talk with an actual person at CIC Mississauga is near impossible..... Tried yesterday several times... Today in the morning, at lunch, just now.... Pathetic!

And it takes a good 5 minutes each time to go through all the voice prompts and useless messages.....

Were you able to get to an agent? Any news from your side?

Also on May 24, 2017 I received a letter from CPC Mississauga that my file was transferred to CPC- Ottawa. I have heard absolutely nothing!!!! I can't get through to an agent. I'm not sure what to do.

Were you able to get to an agent? Any news from your side?

Yes, I was able to talk with an agent at the end of the call centre timing 4pm. She said the file is in London and we can't say anything more about it and that we should wait for london visa office to contact us.

It was kind of a relief that our file has indeed reached london but there is still doubt in my mind because we don't have that "We started processing your file on..." line in our ECAS. Ordering notes once more..... Hoping for the best.

April 26 applicant here. We don't have SA and MR yet but when I checked our ECAS, it says In process on the PA said just today. waiting for line 2 and AOR2

March applicant here, resent SA and PCC through mail last Aug 6 as per CiC agent recommendation and Just checked ECAS today and it changed to In Process from application received. Haven't received any email re file being transferred to local visa ofc though. Hoping its a good sign

My ecas changed to in process but not third line added to clarification that we started processing your application ...and i received email from Mississauga that we transfered your file to london...so is it AOR2?? OR should i wait for email from london visa office that we received ur file for processing and untill third line that we start processing ur file on this date

So did you ever get AOR2 or Third line ECAS?
If you were transferred, Ottawa is just backlogged.

got my notes....seems they have everything they need (PCC, Schedule A)...for a few months already...And the last time they touched the application was May....of course nothing has being started yet (as expected)...But I dont get why they dont transfer our application....I am out of ideas

Everything I've gotten is listed above. No communication since transferred aside from asking for Schedule A and med exam which was submitted in June.
