We had an outland application to sponsor my spouse, a month back she travelled to canada on a visitor visa while the application was in process at New delhi Visa office(NDVO) - we submitted a change of address right away, but nothing happened. Yesterday we received passport request from NDVO and it also mentioned that if the PA is in Canada, we have to submit a webform within 5 days to get access to eCOPR portal. We’ve submitted the webform twice - just to be safe - but havent recieved any acknowledgment. Anyone else with similar experience? When did u get invitation to the portal?
TIA for any suggestions/recommendations!

I recently went through the same process, it took around 20-25 days for the PR portal email to come about virtual landing process.
From there, it took 5 days to get COPR which concludes the PR process. (except for the card). Unfortunately, you will see some horror stories on this forum about this as this process is taking months and months, just pray that it doesn't happen to you, it normally would be quick.
I raised the web form and wondered whether it got lost and sent the photos and PPR file to Ottawa, you can try that route to get some attention if it takes too long.
