My wife (the sponsor) worked outside of Canada for the last four years. We are applying inland, does she need to send Option C? Or should we include tax assessment from outside of Italy? Thansk
 
If she has been working outside of Canada she won't have an option C . Option C is mainly to establish that the sponsor has not collected welfare. Just explain that on a attached separate sheet.
 
revenue Canada . call them and ask for an option c print out. 1-800-959-8281. Its free of charge.
 
EI benefits are not considered to be welfare.

Boris4c is correct EI is not considered welfare .EI is an insurance policy you pay into
