I had applied for experess entry in January 2019 which got rejected in june of 2019
i was under a closed workpermit through SINP in saskatoon and now my work permit is abot to expire
is there any way i can get an extension on my work permit or an open work permit.
Meanwhile I am trying to get another employer who can provide me with an SINP but no one is ready to give an SINP without probation which I cannot do because of the closed workpermit with the employer who fired me

The only option would be to find a new employer who is willing to give you a job offer and get an approved LMIA so that you can apply for a closed work permit.

But most employers want me to do a probation for 3 months which i cannot do because of the closed work permit, would it still be working illegal if i termed my probation as an unpaid internship?
