Hello everyone,
Just a quick update again. No news on my application so far but I am expecting to get something in the next couple of weeks.
Just wanted to follow up on the question I asked a few weeks ago (in the quote above) - I think my post got lost because of all the excitement of the first nomination! Congratulations
Can anyone tell me weather sending the packet back with the additional missing documents was the correct procedure?
Also, if you want to add my NOC code to the list it's 2271.
Thanks!
Hi luc1992,
Thank you for the update. I also updated the list with your NOC. Hope you update us as soon as you get your AoR. Good luck!!

Guys any prospect of french stream being nominated? with all the nominations of the human capital im becoming jealous ;D. I know I haven't received my AOR yet, but I hope all the ones that did on this list will get nominated in the next month!
Hey Aal_,
I also wish the same. But, looking at our list, the only one from the French-Speaking Skilled Workers Stream who got nominated submitted his application in November and got nominated with the November group. I believe they are really going according (more or less) to the application received date @OINP. unless there are some complications from the people that submitted their applications before us. I do not foresee the change in the sequence. On the bright side, our applications AoR seamed to have followed very closely those from march and the backlog seams to be clearing pretty well. According to my predictions, we should see some happy changes on the list(greens!!) during the last week of November or beginning of December, if the pace at which nominations are currently happening continues. Most of the Human Capital Priority Stream applicants should have been nominated by then.

Hello Elrud,
I do write in big characters

And that's what I did. I continued at the back of the page. But I did not exceed the number of words by much.
Chill now. It's done and I'm sure you'll do fine
Thanks; I'm afraid in case they don't understand my handwriting as I wrote in small characters thinking that they won't marked it if I continue on blank page at the back. That's why my conclusion was very short, 2 lines, in order not to ran out of space. I'm sure I got only the exact no. of words required.
Did you receive the results exactly after 2 months or less?

Oh so you think we will be processed right after March yeah? well good.
Now all I need is AOR ... today is the 21st day since it reached ...

Yeah, I think that first they will take a glance of all march application to assess them. A portion of march applicants will be processed further and given nominations (the strait forward applications - with no queries) and as they are processing the queries of the rest of the applicants , they will start processing the applications from our stream. The strait forward applications (with no queries) will be processed simultaneously with March applications that are have their queries solved.
What do you think?

Well that's good hopefully they expedite fast as not to ask for new docs like POF and stuff.
It took forever to get the results. My exams were on 21/22 Mar and got the results on 15th June. They kept saying that "they are having a problem with the system"

Well , I think we must make a list of all the additional types of documents they ask and in what circumstances so that we can prepare ourselves or even pre-empt the request by sending them already. Like the ECA for example. Maleeksha seems to have surveyed a lot of other forums and has a deep grasp of the things to do to make our application smooth(an overview) . Let's ask her to send a post with a kind of a list of thinks that we can do to speed up our way to nomination.
Anyone else with ideas and experience can contribute. I am sure there are other forums out there that talk about different topics that we will highlight in summarized list that we will produce. a link to them will be appreciated to have an in depth understanding of each point raised.
What do you think guys?
This is a link for ordering wes eca to oinp and how to ask for a refund. I did it and I got the refund as well preemptively. Just in case I haven't posted it before.

quick question again regarding application package. If I have proofs from employments (contracts, payment slip, taxes declaration) and they are in local language. I have notarized copy and then official translator on the top (translator clause in the translation).
Do I have to send the original of that translation and notarization (all the pages - original and translation; are put together and bound with official seal) or will I go away with copy of all that (to do copies of all the pages as described before)?
Thanks a lot for answer

Hi vensak,
I believe you can send the copies of the notarized translations. To be on the safe side, get those copies certified as true copies of the originals. You might need the translation again in future stages of your PR process or even when settling in Canada to use as references. If you can get many notorized original copies of your translations , that would be the safest.

Funny, I have the exact same time line for my TEF
I did my TEF Canada on June 13th and received results 1 month after.
Damocles, where are the nominations? :'(
I was so sure i will get AOR yesterday (21 days after OINP received package) but it didn't happen. I guess because it falls on a friday. OK time to be patient again.
