I have a different question now regarding passports.
My passport is newer than 2 years, but our law is requesting to always return old document to the police department (they will be distroyed after that).
So I got new passport in 2015 but I starded Canada planning only in 2016.
This said there is no way I could forward copies of my old passport. Was anybody else in similar situation and how did you solve it?
I have already found the exact law that is requesting to return old passport to the police Office (but only in Slovak).
Thank you in advance for any advice.
Welcome to the forum deep_blue77 and congratulation EDEN7 for your AoR I have updated the list with your details.

Change me in documents in process as I have recieved my PT yesterday Damocles, Thanks a lot.
As for my ICAS disaster, back in February I did not do much research, I have just chosen one randomly. Secondly I mixed up the processing time with those for Education or high school - there it was 10 weeks. As the next possible language tests were only in April, I di not really mind. And only somewhere in June I have understood just how long it takes to go by ICAS. Unfortunatelly, that was hitting summer period where it was rather difficult to get anybody in my Universities to resend the documents to other organisations. And again from 25 weeks I was calculating middle of September rather than middle of October.
Anyway it is done and I have learned to do the research.
On the bright side I had time to check out lot of on this forum and on other websites and to understand much better how to walk in the system. So with that I can now start PNP process with Ontario. I am guessing that once that will be done, the federal part shall be really easy and fast (you need to send practicaly the same thing on federal level. All you add is medical and police certificates some federal application forms and thats it).
Congrats Vensak! You're so lucky. Hopefully reforms will be introduced soon for express entry.
Any idea how much bonus points might be awarded under express entry. Can bonus points be awarded even if you put French as your second language as some people might score higher if they put English as first language?
Is the Ontario French stream open to any NOC?
Also is the PT NOI done automatically without staff intervention provided you meet the language benchmark and put French as your first language?
Thanks.

Noone knows anything about the bonus points yet.
And yes oinp french is open to any noc as long as you satisfy fsw or cec.
As far as I can tell it must be automated as most of us received the letter between 3 to 4. Not sure though.

Thanks; hope the bonus points will be enough to get ITA.

We have the same rule in my country, and I was in the same situation as you. Our old passport should be returned. I've attached a letter explaining that and shared the link. In my case it was in french already. what you can do is to share the original link is slovak and a translated link (using google translate). I believe this will be enough.
I saw in earlier posts that someone was referring to a webinar. Can you please share the YouTube link (if recorded). Can you share the title of the webinar? does anyone know who to get access to the future ones?

Congratulation on your NOI. I told you that you will get it. I updated the list above

Anyone who meet the CLB in the writing part, for the redaction it was quite confusing.
For each redaction, only 1 sheet was filled for the given no. of lines on which you can write. Did you exceed the given no. of lines and continue writing on the blank sheet at the back? I was wondering if someone write in big characters, the only 1 sheet given for each redaction would be filled very quickly. Any experience?

While I am here I have a question about that. The returned packet came with a scary letter saying that the application had to be resubmitted not just the additional documents sent in. This makes sense, but was it ok for me to resend my entire original application package with the two pictures attached instead of just the one? Or was I supposed to actually redo the entire application package?
I assume as long as it's a complete package I am ok...
Hello everyone,
Just a quick update again. No news on my application so far but I am expecting to get something in the next couple of weeks.
Just wanted to follow up on the question I asked a few weeks ago (in the quote above) - I think my post got lost because of all the excitement of the first nomination! Congratulations
Can anyone tell me weather sending the packet back with the additional missing documents was the correct procedure?
Also, if you want to add my NOC code to the list it's 2271.
Thanks!
Hello Elrud,
I do write in big characters

And that's what I did. I continued at the back of the page. But I did not exceed the number of words by much.
Chill now. It's done and I'm sure you'll do fine

Hello Luc,
I included an updated POF and the salary stubs for the whole of 2016. (Previously, I had sent only the last 6 months. I also took the opportunity to update my LOE with my spouse's NOC. He has a managerial NOC. And there was a speculation going around in the forum about managerial NOC being favoured by OINP (speculation not fact!). One never knows :-\
But I'm sure it's fine to just resend as well. Since they already pointed out what was missing. And you already sent it so no need to stress

Good luck!
