Can you direct me to forum page where the content of point (2) pertaining to the exact content of "Employer Reference Letter" is discussed in more detail? I have scanned copies of paystubs but not originals, will it support the application in some way? I can show certified Bank Statement also showing salary credits?

1) Its there in the application guide. Search for it!
2) Paystubs are supporting documents (not mandatory).
3) Yes, you can show such a statement

Usually, for Canadian immigration purpose, the amount that you recieve is not the most important piece of info, although it has to be on the letter to show that your work is PAID work rather than voluntary work. They check your salary with the average salary of your Canadian occupations. The most important information is your JOB DUTIES. You have to have your job duties so that an officer can match your job with a NOC job code. A job without job duties is completely useless in the eyes of an officer. If you cannot get your supervisor/company to sign your job duties, ask your colleagues.

Thanks specialmary and others. I have arranged reference letters, and also answered other highlighted points(few questions were not marked N/A).

The letter sent by Ontario, mentioned that I should re submit missing documents along with with new application. What does new application mean? My understanding says just the application form with current date and details. I do not have any pending document/action as per their letter which details why my package was returned and what I need to furnish. I am also sending the previous form along with new form, as they had stamped the previous form.

Please let me know if I am correct or wrong or If I need to send any other additional documents as part of "new application"

Hi,

Do i need to resend the latest sufficient funds proof as part of new application. Ontario did not mention it the letter they attached to my incomplete application. they just asked to send reference letter and new application(which i assume just means new application form with current sign and date)

Any thoughts on this?

I got my application package for PNP (Ontario) returned today because of reason stated below:

I have got a query regarding finances. They want bank statements of 6 months from sponsor, I talked to my uncle regarding statements but he said he can't give their personal bank statement for this thing because it contains so many confidential transactions and everything. I talked to OINP office as well, but they said that they will need statements from my sponsor.

I am really so much confused and in tension, I am worried whether what can be the next option for me?
can anyone give me any suggestion, it will be greatly appreciated.

That's really strange, as 6 months of bank statements from the sponsor is not at all a requirement for OINP. (Then again, they also returned my package for a requirement that wasn't in the checklist: all pages of an old passport which had my TRV.)
Did you submit 6 months of your bank statements in your package? Or you didn't because you were applying as CEC?
I was able to submit 1 month bank statement from my relative in Ontario, but I also included 6 months of my own bank statements as part of the FSW requirement.

So, what do you think should I send this file back to them with my sign on it? because last time I forgot to sign it and have you got your PNP?

Oh, so by "uncle" you mean a family friend and not a blood relative? If so, that's still really strange, because I've heard of people declaring friends/non-relatives as Ontario ties but they've never been asked for this requirement. Maybe you just caught a strict officer by chance.
I suggest you either have your uncle provide a letter that he's not willing to share his bank statements with you and that OINP can contact him directly if they have any concerns about this sponsorship, or you don't mention this "uncle" at all when you resend your application...there have been plenty of nominees that did not declare people in Ontario as ties.

CIC and OINP are different agencies. Your application was returned by OINP not by CIC

does that mean that they started working on my application or no? Because my AOR is not generated yet,
OINP checks the document and if they are complete then only they move it to next stage of issuing AOR else they simply return it with the 1500 fee.

Now, what is the situation, if I will send a new package instead of the old one on the basis of my Full time employement in ontario? How does that sounds? will it be ok to do so, because I think that they have just checked the documents and send me the list with remaining documents.

They have returned your documents so you have to apply fresh now. I think your Ontario job needs to be supported by LMIA but I am not sure so better check on OINP website or application guide
