I am applying for PNP International Masters graduate without a job offer. I have a few questions to be cleared.
1. I have finished my courses and all my results are posted as well. I finished my degree on June 25 2014 i.e. at the end of the intersession semester from the university of Windsor.
So, my question is, what document regarding confirmation of degree granted should I submit?
My convocation is scheduled on October 18. Is the degree granted on the day of convocation? because I am already done with the degree and is currently on my work permit.

As per OPNP website, Following is required: A certified true copy of relevant university degree(s) if the degree has been granted. If the degree has not been granted, you will need to submit:
Official letter (on institution letterhead) from the university which will be granting the Masters degree confirming:
all degree requirements have been successfully completed;
there are no outstanding fees to be paid; and
the scheduled date when your degree will be granted.
Official transcripts in sealed envelope sent directly from the academic institution which will be granting the degree.
I strongly believe you will get true copy of degree on your convocation day which is 18th October.If you want to apply earlier, you need to fulfill above requirements.
it has been noticed that PNP officer has requested an applicant to renew the passport if expiry date of the passport is less than 2 years.
just be careful and act in advance to renew your passport to stay away from possible delays.

Where have you applied from? Also have you applied as an individual or family? do you have a job offer? Seems like there is a delay at the PNP office due to the vacation season...try sending them an email...they do reply even if its before 90 days.

I applied for federal part of PNP Ontario under masters- without job offer stream. I received Medical request on first week of may and CIC got medical results on 15th May, since then there is no updates. Is anybody applied in the same time? any updates?
How long it usually takes after CIC receives Medical results?
I am starting my application for PNP program. I got Overall score of 7 in ielts and my score in each section is
Listening 7.5
Reading 7
Writing 6.5
Speaking 6.5
I read somewhere that CIC checks the average of what we got in all bands i.e (7.5+7+6.5+6.5)/4= 6.87. my average is less than 7 but what I got in my IELTS exam is 7 overall.
I called the PNP office today to enquire about my file no. The lady said it was emailed on 10th June. I am careful with my emails, don't know how it got lost. She said it will be resent.
