It totally depends on the officer. Not to brag, but I also have a good job, had a good IELTS score, sent all my documents asap, applied April 2013... And I am still waiting. Also, I tried asking for my officer when I called and the receptionist told me she couldn't pass the call.

I believe there is no harm in trying again. I got hold of my officer calling again and again! asking the receptionist to get me transferred so that I can talk directly. Make things clear and you'll know what's happening. I had straightened it out that way. Atleast, you'll have a relief.

I see that many people who had applied for PNP haven't received their Certificates, I'm into this Forum on behalf of my friend.
She had applied in the Month of April. And since it got to a stage of approval.. their quota for 2013 has been over. And she called in a week ago, now she was told that they are working on applicants whose Work Permit is nearing their expiry date. :o

So, she has to wait until Feb. 2014 now.

I was one of the applicants for Ontario PNP in the month of April 2013 - Under without a Job Offer category, but received mine in June.

PS: my friend who has applied has a better job, better score than me. Well, I still know as long as you meet the requirements for PNP is more than enough. But I believe it all depends on Officer, not too sure though. I don't know why'd they take such a long time to process. (when they say within 90 days on a case-by-case basis)
Just wanted to give my thoughts.

u were among the lucky ones who got thru :)..so did u already receive ur PR? :)

Can we try googling their numbers and call that number? I found out that their numbers are publicly disclosed.

Which stream are u under? Master or PhD or Foreign worker?

For foreign workers, it is usually slower and could take up to two years.

If u do have a job, why don't u try Canadian Experience Class? It is usually faster and more timely.

I am under the master's graduate stream. The only reason why I don't apply through CEC is because I don't wanna lose the $1500 fee. I can't afford that.

Can people please post here as they receive their certificates? PLEASE and thank you ;D

Hi guys! How did you do the notary thing for the application? I've no idea how to do it and when I started to google I found it would cost me $20-40 per document! :o

I am not quite sure about that. Unless the call is redirected from the receptionist of PNP office, I believe it's not good to call them directly. I don't know if anyone else had tried that way. Sorry that I can't answer your question.

Have any guys here got their letter stating that our cases will be completed as part of their targets for 2014?

Can we use that as reasons to ask for nomination letters?
didn't really get ur point..

when OPNP will receive the new quota, they will automaticlaly start issuing the nomination letters..

How did you ask for your officer exactly the time you got through? Word by word so I can try again :P
