Sometime in August... I asked them when I'd get it but they told me they couldn't give a date since they haven't received the nomination quota for 2014. I asked about a week and half ago.

Why don't u try contacting ur case officer. Your case is a bit odd, since most pnp got their certificates within 6 months after they sent the completed package.
When did u get ur file no and send additional docs?

I guess its ok..since it depends when the application is approved and if they have nominations available at that point of time..
its almost true for everyone who applied in mid 2013 that they have been told that they will receive nominations in early 2014 (and now they say it will be feb or even march, which will almost be around 5-6 months. ??? ???.. so there is absolutelyNO TIMELINE now for this category..

I can never get a hold of my case officer. I have tried. I always get the receptionist. How did you manage to contact yours?
I got my file number at the end of April, with a request of one additional document. I sent the documents at the beginning of May. I sent an e-mail two weeks later asking if my file was now deemed complete and they said yes and that is was being assessed.

I'd rather not say in a public forum... How did you get a hold of your officer. Everytime I call I only get to talk to a receptionist. Do you ask for the officer and they direct the call to him/her?

I see that many people who had applied for PNP haven't received their Certificates, I'm into this Forum on behalf of my friend.
She had applied in the Month of April. And since it got to a stage of approval.. their quota for 2013 has been over. And she called in a week ago, now she was told that they are working on applicants whose Work Permit is nearing their expiry date.
So, she has to wait until Feb. 2014 now.
I was one of the applicants for Ontario PNP in the month of April 2013 - Under without a Job Offer category, but received mine in June.
PS: my friend who has applied has a better job, better score than me. Well, I still know as long as you meet the requirements for PNP is more than enough. But I believe it all depends on Officer, not too sure though. I don't know why'd they take such a long time to process. (when they say within 90 days on a case-by-case basis)
Just wanted to give my thoughts.
