Hi- I submitted pnp master stream application on Jan 21, 2014 for my self, my wife and son. Today I called them to ask about file number and they said they are processing the applications received in January and hopefully my file number will be received within a few days.
But I have following questions:
1- Once i receive the pnp approval should I have to apply to Sydney Nova Scotia Office for PR for me as well as my family members?? (my wife and son are in Pakistan)
2-How long does it take to process the PR after PNP approval?
I need help with the application form for PNP Masters Graduate category Section A. 9&10 . A9 is fine as I have to show savings for the past 6 months. But A10 requires revenues expected to be received in the next 12 months, includes showing source of funds. Since I don't have a job or a job offer to show, what should I fill in A10? Thanks

You should leave it empty if you do not have a job offer and do not expect: financial support from relatives, income from investment etc.
If you will find a job in Ontario during the PNP process, you can send a copy of your contract to PNP later to strengthen your connection with the province.
I called PNP Office yesterday. They said they have started to give file numbers for people who applied in January 2014. So if you have applied in the first few weeks you might have had yours or it might be on the way.

I always lurked around the forum but never registered for an account.
Just wanted to update you guys that i received my PNP Certificate last Saturday (29 march 2014 ) i applied in September last year and my application was acknowledged on 27 SEP 2013.
There were two request's for additional documents, once in November and again in Feb.
i have a question for you guys as well. My passport is valid till Feb 2015. Do i need to get it renewed before applying my federal PR? Is there a minimum validity that is required on your passport before you apply? (except the standard 6 months validity, which is accounted while applying for any kind of visa)
