I am just wondering how long it takes to get this visa after submitting the documents?

Also do I have to send the passport to get the visa sticker?

1. As you are applying for a TRV, you must not be visitor visa exempt. So yes, if you are approved, you will have to send your passport.
2. Posted processing time is a minimum of 30 days.
