My patterns are visiting usa and they need Canada visitor visa. They plan to go to niagra falls and also take a cruise

They are now in usa
We were wondering can we get Canada visa. If u are in usa, can u get visitor visa by mail?

What's procedure and time frame

Your parents are in the US on a visitors visa? If they are, then unfortunately they cannot apply for a visitors visa for canada from the US- they will have to apply for the Canadian visa from their home country.

I don't think so. If I am not wrong one can apply within usa. Most of 99% of time it's not necessary to be in home country.

You (they) can try. They can go to consulates personally and bring their documents. They should be there early. What part of the USA are they at?

They r in tx and tx doesnot have Canada consulate
 
Well then if they intend to send their app they should check the processing time of the visa office they will be sending their application to.
