In Denmark, Sweden, Germany, and some other EU countries, a Ph.D. is a paid full-time employment with a monthly salary.
Does Canada immigration recognise this experience for express entry?

if you are applying under skilled work professional, the PhD earned outside Canada and even in Canada, doesn't count as a work experience.
It is meant to be Canadian work experience, that needs to be full-time for 12 months, before you apply.

But many people on the thread have written that their RA/TA experience during PhD was accepted and they have PPR. They said that only Canada PhD doesn't count but PhD in other countries count

I would say give it another week before you worry.
There were a lot of people that submitted after me and got AOR 2 weeks before me and I was very confused and worried at first.
But a few weeks later I got mine.
